Waste of Time
I got the picture frame for my parents as a gift, it was one of the more reasonably priced ones. We were excited about the ability to send photos to the device from anywhere via the app. Unfortunately the app simply does not work.
We were unable to add the device to the app at all. I have tried every screen, restarting, deleting and re-downloading…. Nothing works. Spend the extra money on the frame with an app that works.

Doesn’t work. Requires access to your microphone. Stay away.
Very poor software
The slideshow is fine but I kept having to close and reopen the program because some screens didn’t have a way to get back to the Home Screen. At one point I couldn’t upload more photos because I kept getting a bad network message but that wasn’t the case and eventually it wanted me to re-login but it wouldn’t accept my password . Eventually I deleted and reinstalled the app. Let’s see how this goes.

App is Junk
I have been unable to access this app for days. I bought this for my Mom so that my sister and I can upload photos since we live in different states/cities. I will have her return it and I will buy a different brand if this is not fixed asap.

Frame going back
Awful
Awful app. Will return the frame. The app barely works with the iPhone. Took 30 minutes and could not upload 3 pictures. Connection kept timing out. Looks like the developers could not figure out the coding for iPhones or something.
App won’t connect to frame
Although the frame and my phone have good signal the app says ‘device offline’ when I try to add the frame and won’t connecct, so that I cannot send pictures to it which makes the frame useless.
