Hello! If the games are locked follow these steps: 1. Log in to the App Store with the purchase account; 2. Find & tap "Restore Purchase"; If not resolved: 1. Reinstall the app; 2. Open the app and initiate a purchase system without completing it: Press "Unlock all", then close the purchase pop-up and see if the games are unlocked.
