Very Poor Service! Not working as advertised!!! Lack of customer service!!!
Experiencing nothing but service delay, service interruption and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. The bill we are paying is different from what we negotiated with sales persons.
Was fine until latest update
Crashes when tracking a vehicle and then your phone goes slow and won’t respond for a minute or so. Was good but now it’s terrible
Poor customer support
Was sent new cameras for our trucks. 4 of the 8 don’t work. Have spent over 2 months calling to only be told that the problem has been sent to level 2. At one point I was even sent an email saying that the case was closed witythe problem being resolved.
Actually got in touch with Cameron O’Conner at the truck show in Louisville who said he would handle it. He was suppose to “cc” me in all emails but since the one one phone call he has become unreachable ( phone and email).
I could go on and on but it can be rapped up by saying terrible sevice. Stay away from fleet complete!

4 months of paying still not work on one device. No one calls back, they say it’s Att fault, Att says there problem. Sent new device it’s will not work either. Long customer service wait. They don’t help anyway. Verizon hum actually works. Had sells person talk me to switching to ATt big mistake. Bill always higher than was supposed to be. Now have more expensive service with far worse service. Run away

Won’t let me log in.
It lets me log into the browser version. But not on the app. Just bad.

Do not get. Waste of time and money Really deserves a zero star rating.

This is by far the worst app and gps tracking devices I’ve ever used.
