Tried to install some kind of game
Tried to install this app for productivity. The set up is cumbersome and confusing. On top of that, when I tried to use the schedule feature, a shooting game of some sort popped up, and I couldn’t move back to scheduling until I “destroyed” all the fireflies or whatever they were supposed to be. I don’t need extra time wasters.

In app purchases
In app purchases is one of the things I am trying to get rid of and within one minute of setting it up, I had three ads and one was for a game to play. Counter productive for trying to stay focused. Will BUY an app that doesn’t have this issue.

More effective than the nuisance of limit adult websites bc it blocks only the sites you want. The schedule feature is a bit confusing, otherwise wonderful. I’m so glad I found this

Followed setup instructions, set permissions, and even tried the site used in the App description (youtube.com, twitter.com).

Exactly what I needed!
I noticed how poisonous social media could be long ago and as a result I decided never to have any social media platform however YouTube is my kryptonite. I can spend hours of my day watching YouTube videos, especially YouTube’s new “Shorts” which are extremely addictive! Anyway I use this app to block YouTube and YouTube mobile. I have been YouTube free for weeks now and as a result I am far more predictive with my day and get quite a lot done now.
I created a very long complex password and provided it to my wife for safe keeping. Deleted the complex password from my sent box and have zero access to it. Without this password I am unable to unblock the YouTube site. This is what I need! Obviously there are ways to get around this but I luckily will not go that far. I need to constant reminders.
I at least have enough self control to not download the YouTube app on my phone, I do not however have enough self control to NOT visit the mobile YouTube site via web browser to watch videos.
I’m thankful for this app. It works very well! 5 stars for sure!

Suggestion
If we could let a friend set a password instead of us it’d be really helpful. This will also help the app gain more traction organically since it’s adding the potential to build network effects

Simple and pretty much exactly what I needed, I’ve never left an app review before but just wanted to say thanks :)
Simple and very useful
Very simple app but has all the features I was looking for, available for free. It doesn’t use any external VPN which is great for someone conscious about privacy. One thing I would probably mention in the manual is that iPhone’s IP hiding setting needs to be disabled for the app to work properly. Overall, useful app, exactly what I was looking for
