Total scam
These lamps do not work 90% of the time. There are constant issues connecting and it’s impossible to get in touch with customer support. I love the idea for this product but execution could not have been worse….Santa the destroyer

As we started we were so confused if we were doing the right thing and the lights kept going on yellow. I think it takes a lot of time out of ur day to set up these lamps.jay and bat

Terrible product
My sister got this for me for Christmas since I live at college. We thought it would be a cute idea but these are horrible. The app doesn’t work and the lamp never connects. Just spend the extra money and go for a better companyMack ;)
Not worth it
We got this for my niece so my kids could say “Hi’ to their cousins each day. The app should have the ability to press a color, not just a setup. It took us about a half hour of tries for a successful connection. Of this wasn’t on clearance Ali wouldn’t have bought it, I spent $40, and would have preferred to have spent about 20 for this product.Show lessTDP06
Color Change Is Awful
I bought this for my grandchild that live 1000 miles away. Thought it would be a great way to say good morning/night or just I’m thinking about them. What a pain these lamps are. If you want to change the color to send, you need to unplug and restart setup every time. Most of the time the setup fails and needs to be restarted all over again. I want to have an option in my App to simply choose another color and be done with it. I’ll be returning these for a better brand.Show lessSnickerBar21
Couldn’t connect
Whenever I would try to connect my lam it would not work and it would say to move closer even tho my phone was right next to it.
And I thought it would be a thing when you touch it my friends would light up but her never changed the same color as mine. Her Wi-Fi was also never listed as an option to pick so she deleted the app and Re-download it for her Wi-Fi to work. The box also said the lamps came pre connected but they aren’t and I can’t figure out a way to connect them. It is just a bad product with a bad app. 👁👄👁Show lessthe gamw reviewwer channel
Works Perfectly
The app is user friendly, gave specific instructions and it worked perfectly. The lights are beautiful and it’s instantaneous when touched. My girlfriend loves it. Great product!!!!!JO_SHMO

terrible, horrible broken app. buy from literally any other brand who does these, it is not worth $100 for a broken lampBecca ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
