Accountability Buddy
This app has been so helpful for setting daily intentions each morning and making sure I stick to them. The ability to sync Fitbit and Oura device data is a nice touch, and the periodic check-ins from the app throughout the day are beneficial. I'm a therapist, and I've recommended this app to several of my clients - they've all reported positive experiences and especially like the automated reminders and the rewards section (it's a good incentive for some folks).mddillie

Positive and helpful asset
This is a wonderful app that I believe can help a lot of people, especially in active addiction trying to get clean, newly sober, or even someone with a good amount of clean time under their belt. It reminds you to set positive affirmations for the day and to be grateful for what you have. The app also includes super informative videos. i downloaded it for my well being and i was so looking forward to using it but i tried to make an account and it wouldn’t let me.. i tried closing the app over and over again and trying again but it didn’t work, i’m sure this a great app but personally it didn’t work for me.therealdealshere
