I would like to like this app
I have had so much trouble using this app I’m ready to switch banks. To set this up you need all of the card info etc plus a code they email to you. I have a son that has requested the code 10+ times and has never received 1 email with a code. I have also requested a user name reminder and absolutely no email has been sent ever. Of course this happens during off time hours so I cannot contact anyone to see what is going on. Don’t be surprised if you lose my business because of this.

Why not integrate this into the main app?
I haven’t actually used the app yet, but I did just finish setting up my account and already have some opinions:
1. You have to set up a completely separate account. From a security standpoint that makes sense, but obviously not convenient.
2. You can’t copy & paste or use a password manager when either setting up your account’s password or when you go to change a password. This is very poorly designed.
3. I don’t understand why not just integrate this into your main app, unless they’re doing this first to test the waters. I imagine they have their reasoning.

Makes you card worthless overseas
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!
I was told by the bank that this would make it so I wouldn’t have to call and let them know when I was leaving the country. I just set the app to where I was traveling and I could use my card anywhere in the world. This is not what happened, I set the app to where I was in the UK, card declined. Called and talked to 5 different people, told all of them I was using the app, all said I should be able to use my card no problem. Tried different ATMs after every call, card declined every time. Was unable to get my money for 4 days in the UK. Thank god for friends and emergency credit cards! I finally decided to try and delete the app and my card worked immediately!

Can’t log in
Yep. Can’t log in. Tried copying and pasting. Tried manually enter username and pass. Tried resetting. Can’t log in.
Should be part of mobile app
There’s not really a point to having this app. All features should be part of the olb app I already have. Can’t even delete cards that are lost/stolen. If I could lock/reorder/and activate my card right from the app would even be helpful, but all it does it give me the # to the CCC. Please just merge this app with the existing OLB app. The only useful feature is it notifies me of my husband’s purchases before the other app does.

Stop wasting our time
I’ve been a customer for many years and having this app is so inconvenient because it should all be merged into the main app it would make so much sense and save you a lot more money since you’re a bank I thought you would be smart about that!

Can not even log in, authentication error. Seriously now folks, I put in all of the correct credentials and NO,the machine says NO. Not even strike one, just YOU ARE OUT OF THERE! Oh well what can you expect!
Worthless app for a worthless bank
If you travel they have these nifty features to plug in what countries you’re going to so you don’t get denied at an atm… except they don’t work. Never have. Every single time I have to call FIB and harass them into letting me access my own money while abroad. Usually a 30 minute to one hour waste of my time every single time I travel.

Utter Garbage
App can’t verify my username and password. Verified I had correct my using the same credentials to be login to first interstate online banking through firstinterstatebank.com

Hi there, The Debit Manager app requires its own login. Once you have entered your debit card information, follow the steps to create a user name and password.
Pointless app
Literally no difference in showing transactions than the regular FIB app. I have had to reset my password every couple of days since I got it because it won’t recognize it. The layout is bland and there isn’t a tab for feedback about the app itself. Don’t waste your time with it.
