  • Location doesn’t work

2nd year in a row, doesn’t recognize where you are & won’t stamp. Signal here is fine. Either fix it or get rid of it.
  • Location rarely works

Used the app last year, worked at most places except where cell service was limited. Was standing at the bar/‘designated location’ at a few places so far and I’ve had to manually stamp just about every location. Incredibly frustrating. I regret not grabbing a paper map with my wife at location #1…I wish the first place gave me the hassle of the following 5! Would’ve forced me to grab a paper map. So frustrating I’ll probably just stop the trail rather than get irritated at every location roaming around to find ‘the spot’ …do better. The update comments are not at all accurate based on my experience thus far for 2024.
  • Why have an app if never works?!

What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t actually work? I have to manually stamp every winery and hope they actually approve it. I went to Brignoles last weekend and the manual stamp was declined but the two tasting and 3 glasses absolutely hit the Amex. I would be really helpful if the app let us know what wineries do/don’t allow children. Most (and by most I mean all but maybe, one!) Allow children so to drive 2 hours to find out I can’t come in bc I have my kids with me is super frustrating. Pls bring the back the passport book if you’re not going to replace it with an app that actually works and provides adequate info for each location.
