In my own experience its taking way too long to get accepted into the platform. For one thing or another…. Hopefully one day they’ll aprove me. Meanwhile I’ll keep checking every day… hoping for the best.
App not sending Offers
So far I did everything required including uploading documents to site and was approved however been waiting for weeks for a shift any shift to come through the app is super dead it’s July 24th nothing still

I have been waiting for someone to review my account for about 8 months now. I’ve emailed and texted and still yet to receive a response.

Customer Service Non Existent
My Union hyped up this app and so far I’ve been severely disappointed. I’ve completed all steps and sent in all forms. Now I just had to wait till they reviewed my profile, before I would start receiving job offers. That was over a month and a half ago. No exaggeration. My profile is still waiting for that review. There customer service is either text or email. That’s it. When they respond…if they respond, it’s a cut and paste message of how they have a ton of applicants to review due to their wonderful app. Needless to say, I’m not impressed.

Not worth it
took weeks to get approved, had to email the team multiple times before my profile got pushed through. theres also literally ZERO jobs on here. awful app

I been working for a year and I don’t have any problems I can choose the time and day that work better for me and the pay is dependent of we’re they send you to work. I like very much this application.
