Version 7.11 contains many bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following: • You can now select to view a homeowner’s future balance (if available), as well as current balance, from the homeowner dashboard. • Improved the layout of the Calendar screen to ensure that more information is easily visible. • Fixed an issue where empty document folders were appearing on the Documents screen. • Fixed an issue where the yellow icon indicating unread notes was not appearing on the Notes tab of the Board ACC Review screen. • Fixed an issue with duplicate work orders being created when a user tapped the Submit button more than once. • Fixed an issue with information being cut off on the Transaction Completed screen for eChecks and credit card payments.

Your homeowner and board app has been rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience to interface with your community association. This update improves the app’s performance and lays the groundwork for many new features and enhancements releasing over the next year. In addition, version 7.10 includes numerous bug fixes and the following enhancements: • You can now log in with Touch/Face ID. You will be prompted to enable this upon logging in after the update. The biometrics settings can be managed on the Login Preferences screen under My Profile. • Added Owner/Tenant options to the Registration screen. • The main menu can now be accessed from a menu button in the bottom right. Previously it was accessed from a hamburger menu in the top left. • Preferences settings on the My Profile screen. • You can now access the following new screens within the app: • Frequently Asked Questions • Homeowner List • Photos can now be uploaded from additional apps and locations instead of only from the photo gallery and camera. • The one-time payment screen now shows the Balance Due. • Address on the My Profile screen now appears on multiple lines, making it easier to see unit numbers and long addresses. • Added a character counter on text fields for notes. • Removed the trash can and edit icons from the Recurring Payments screen. You can now tap into a recurring payment to edit or delete it. • Added text wrapping to the Details field for the Contact Us screen so that all text remains visible without the need to scroll. • UI improvements and bug fixes.

Description of Main Street Management Group

The Main Street Management Group App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access community information all in one place. If you already have a login to your association website, you can login to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this app. If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can login with your email address and new password. Once logged in, Homeowners will have direct access to the following features: a. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned b. Homeowner Dashboard c. Access association documents d. Access association directories e. Access association photos f. Access Contact Us Page g. Pay Assessments h. Access violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation i. Submit ACC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device) j. Access homeowner ledger k.
