I’ve been following my twin Keaira( we share a beautiful name) for about four years. I love her spirit and fun effective take on fitness. I lost 16lbs a few years ago following her workouts and now I have baby weight to lose. So this app is definitely going to be my go to. I love how detailed it is. Enjoyed my first workout. Great Workouts!
I’ve been following Keaira Lashae since 2018 and have never been disappointed with any of her workouts. The app is easy to use and so convenient for me if I’m not at home.
