Today was my first time trying to login. At first it said enter my email then enter my pin. I thought it was the same pin as the wic card but it’s not. I then pressed forgot password and it sent a link to the email address I have on file with wic and I was able to create a new pin and just like that I was in. Hope this helps 🤞🏾Show lessZolabey
SCAMMERS!!
The WIC office issued me farmers market checks through this stupid app and there’s no way to contact anyone to even get into the app! They stole the checks and won’t answer the phones or email. I’ve been trying to get into the app for three weeks to take my kids to the farmers market and not a single person answers the phone. One phone line and one email for a supposedly big company and yet no customer support to speak of. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I’ve called my local office over and over again and they “can’t do anything about it now” is what I keep hearing. Malisima aplicación, ya no me deja acceder a mi dinero para comprar frutas y vegetales. Me pide un pin el cual no lo recuerdo y le doy a olvide mi pin y nunca me envía mi email para poder acceder a mí cuenta.Zafira_PR
