Just like the other persons review you can’t get into the app and you can’t get your stuff. Cool.
Funds disappeared
I was given $120 for the kiddos. It didn’t expire until December 1. I was going to can and freeze produce for the winter. I logged in mid September before going to the farmers market and saw that 1/2 of my funds were gone. No transaction history and unfortunately control of administering funds was taken away from wic and entrusted in this APP. I was robbed with no explanation.

Thankful
Today was my first time trying to login. At first it said enter my email then enter my pin. I thought it was the same pin as the wic card but it’s not. I then pressed forgot password and it sent a link to the email address I have on file with wic and I was able to create a new pin and just like that I was in. Hope this helps 🤞🏾

SCAMMERS!!
The WIC office issued me farmers market checks through this stupid app and there’s no way to contact anyone to even get into the app! They stole the checks and won’t answer the phones or email. I’ve been trying to get into the app for three weeks to take my kids to the farmers market and not a single person answers the phone. One phone line and one email for a supposedly big company and yet no customer support to speak of. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I’ve called my local office over and over again and they “can’t do anything about it now” is what I keep hearing. This company is a complete scam, and to top it off, they scammed the government and hungry families! Unbelievable!

Keep saying wrong pin and when you call the customer service that’s a car battery shop answers

It doesn’t let you enter your passcode. It lets you do three digits then says wrong password. Horrible experience
No funciona esta App
Malisima aplicación, ya no me deja acceder a mi dinero para comprar frutas y vegetales. Me pide un pin el cual no lo recuerdo y le doy a olvide mi pin y nunca me envía mi email para poder acceder a mí cuenta.

I was never sent a password to join and on top of that the app never lets me “reset” the passcode to even create one.
