Auto Restart Problem

I recently changed to new device, my watch is connected and synced but find my phone feature isn’t working like as it used to do. I don’t know if it’s device issue or of the watch.
Additionally the watch is repeatedly being auto restart

otp issue

I bought this watch from india and am currently in canada. I am receiving any otp issue. When i try to connect my watch with the app, i do not receive any otp on my canadian number.
I have boat wave style smart watch.
could you please resolve this issue.

Can’t get the OTP to sign up

Pathetic.! I am trying to sign up from Canada, no is OTP popping up. How am I suppose to use the watch..??!

Otp not working

I bought this from India and I am in Canada the otp does not work and I emailed the company and they did not even care how am I gonna use this watch if I can’t even use the otp

Horrible app waiting for OTP after 2 hours. Stay away from Boat products.

Bought 2 Boat rings… hardware looks great,
but the app is terrible as many other users have mentioned before.
Waiting for OTP after trying with 2 Indian and 2 international phone numbers, Still no OTP, will try 2-3 more Times tomorrow or Sadly have to return the 2 rings I purchased.
Why do you need an OTP for a watch or a ring anyways. Boat Unnecessarily trying high tech connectivity and data mooching without understanding the tech and complexity. K.I.S.S. KEEP IT SIMPLE sadly Boat couldn’t.
Would have given zero star if I could.
