I Love it! But Having a Five Favorite Players Limit is Ridiculous
Overall, the app is wonderful except for one thing that would significantly improve my experience with the app.
I think that having a limit on favorite players is ridiculous.
For one thing, it’s much more convenient to favorite a player then just search them up every time.
And secondly, if you are going to limit the number of favorite players we can have, five is extremely low. A lot of people, including myself, have more than five players that we want to keep tabs on. I think a good number for a limit would be fifteen or twenty.
And lastly, I get that others might think it would be messy to have so many favorite players, but some don’t. Also, not having a limit doesn’t mean that you can’t favorite less than five or six players. It just means that you can favorite any number.
I think that giving people the freedom to favorite how many players they want to will result in higher ratings for the app and a better experience for all of us.

Poor interface - a downgrade from the previous version
The recent update to the app interface has significantly impacted its usability. The scrolling mechanism is notably substandard, being either overly sensitive, leading to unintended navigation, or excessively slow and laggy, resulting in a frustrating user experience.
Additionally, the app frequently displays 'no data available,' particularly in the players' head-to-head and tournament results sections. Data updates are also considerably delayed.
Overall, this new interface appears to be a considerable downgrade from the previous version, and I am very dissatisfied with the changes.Show lessThomastungnguyen
Plastic new app
1 Messy navigation structure (not going back to the root but navigate to a new screen when tapping on the tab bar button)
2 Too sensitive for touching (recognise scrolling as tapping so often)
3 Lose apple native behaviours (like tapping on the top to go to the top)
I believe this is not a native app... It makes me frustrating every day I use it to be honest. Even the previous one is better.Show lessnian...
New app needs improvements
Love the APP. The old version was easier to use. New version is fancy but needs improvement:
1. It’s too easy to click into match detail when scrolling. It’s too sensitive
2. No notifications when favorited player’s games start
3. In tournament progress page, it shows yesterday’s matches page, not today, even when there is match ongoing, which is bit inconvenient.
4. Tournament page needs better layout. When scrolling, the page usually stops at the place where tournament is cut in halfShow lessDd1997!

The app is good. But the new update is missing so much information. A lot of the players are missing head to heads.king.seb

New update April 2024
It has a new clean look, which I love.
Unfortunately I find it too sensitive, as I’m scrolling down, it opens tabs/matches.
I.e the Thomas and Uber cup. As I’m scrolling down to see what matches are upcoming for the day, it opens “see all” even though my finger is no where near it.seephil84
Great but 3 problems
I love this app and use it all the time, however I have a few improvements that I believe should be implemented.
1. I do not understand why we are only allowed to have 5 favorite players. I don’t think this is necessary
2. Pressing the notification bell button at the top right corner of matches does nothing and does not notify me of anything, ever.
3. I don’t understand why seeds are never visible. They should be
