The Kelly Now app is okay but it could use improvements relating accessibility for VoiceOver screen readers (for the blind)on the iPhone. When I created the account the radio button options are not able to be selected individually and when the app loads it will repeat "searching" while I try to use touch gestures to navigate the screen. I have to wait until the word "searching" stops repeating to use it. I also noticed when inputing work experience there is no autosave feature because when I leave the app to find experience on my resume the app restarts and I have to put in the work experience all over again. Also when inputting dates (for education and work experience) the calendar option remains open when I input the date manually and I have to close the calendar section in order to move forward with VoiceOver. Regarding the industry options I did not see technology as an an available choice (perhaps the choice of Digital Accessibility Analyst/Accessibility Analyst/Web Accessibility Analyst can be added to the job options within the technology industry option). I also selected marketing and within this list selected content creation/social media managing as an option but I was not able to choose this as a verifiable career option. Dark mode would be a great feature to have also. Thank you for considering my suggestions.

I am a little on both sides of this app being great and helpful. But then also it not working out of being responsive. They do have a lot of available jobs with great variety. But I have applied to multiple jobs a while ago up to now and have had nothing come back. No interested jobs. Nothing. I qualify for a lot of these positions but haven’t had any luck

I haven’t used the app long enough to evaluate its various features, but when I navigate away from it for any reason, a “Searching…” box appears, followed by several seconds of a revolving circle. This wouldn’t be a problem, except that the onboarding process has about 50 forms that have to be acknowledged in another app, so… one delay after another. Unless I have some setting wrong. You’d think this would be easy to fix.

Saw a recommendation for this app on social media. Downloaded and signed up. It asked for a ton of personal information, which seemed fine because it’s nothing an employer wouldn’t ask. BUT… I got registration successful emails from them, and the email address is serveture.com? Then I go to serveture.com and it’s not a secure website? Then I go to the official Kelly Services website and I’m not registered there? Could be me being paranoid, but it seemed suspicious to me. I deleted my account and this app immediately, but now I’m afraid that some scam website has my personal information. I would proceed with extreme caution if you are downloading this app.
