Love it so far!
I'm approaching my 60 of 90 days personal training with TWT, & I love it! Trish and her team show that they are committed to help us reach our goals and I'm happy thus far in my journey.
We are given specified workouts to target our goal areas & overall fitness goals, workouts plans to do on our "off" days, and weekly meal plans to follow. I love the apps that are used and the bands, step, & yoga classes that are offered. The facility is clean, decorated beautifully, and the apparel line is BOMB! I love the stylish variety of options and the quality is A1!
I, personally, am looking to gain weight, & have been able to connect with other women just like me, who struggle to do so on their own. It's exciting to be surrounded by a community of women who share similar goals, whether it be to lose or gain weight. It's great to know that we're not alone in our fitness journeys. We encourage one another when we struggle and we celebrate one another when we reach our goals. You can scope the room and clearly see the results from the women that have been apart of the TWT family. It's empowering & motivating for sure!
Trish is super understanding, caring, and will work with us if we are struggling both physically and mentally. She exudes a high level of professionalism and is serious about her business, yet she is so cool and down to earth.
I look forward to continuing my journey with TWT! Definitely would recommend giving it a try!
