Fan does its job
Fan works lovely and the lights are good however the app is poor only one phone can be connected. This needs to be looked at and sorted so that two phones can control the light and fan
Ceiling fans
Got 2 ceiling fans can’t connect either, no help anywhere on how to get them to connect via the Bluetooth, shame as they are really nice fans
Poor quality and unable to use on multiple devices
I bought one ceiling fan light and it is excellent. Connects to the app via Bluetooth and quick and easy to set up.
I decided to buy two more and wanted them on both mine and my partners phones.
You are meant to add them to one phone then you bring up ‘My QR Code’ and the second device scans it and it will add those devices to the other phone.
Unfortunately you are told that you need to allow camera permissions for the app to scan the code, yet there is no option within the app or in iOS settings to enable this.
This means only one phone can control each fan which is such a poor and lazy design floor that has obviously not been tested properly.
Still within warranty and will be sending all the fans back and will be purchasing elsewhere.

Not transferring
App info is not transferred from old phone to new phone tried pairing and couldn’t repair
Fast Pairing but no Google or Apple Home Support
The fan/light I purchased and this app work great together. This was by far the easiest smart device I have ever had to pair with an app. The app itself is clean looking and works flawlessly with the fan/light I purchased online. There are however three downfalls to this app. 1) There’s no widget support for iOS. 2) There’s no Google Home support. 3) There’s no Apple Home support. Oh how I would love just 2 of these 3 to be added for home automation. That way the fan can come on when the AC does.

limited features
so i got a dr light rgb ceiling fan that connected to the app. i can change fan speed and turn the light on or off but i cannot change brightness or color of the light. most of the features dont work either

Bought two of these. Cannot connect with app to either.
Doesn’t Connect
App will not connect with device. Don’t waste your time.
