Stopped Working
Cannot log in after years of using App. Goes to a white screen, customer support cannot help.
Ask you to login by password again too often
What is the point of Face ID compatibility if the app asks you to login again by password so often? Annoying.
Disappointed
So now with this new app you made it so you have to hunt for things but haven’t improved its connecting to the internet. All the other bank apps I use do not have this problem, it doesn’t take an hour to complete you transactions. It won’t allow me to do e- transfers because it won’t open. I don’t see any great improvement just frustrating.

Frustration!
I’ve set up my e-transfer people. When using the app, the money was taken immediately out of my account. However, after 2 tries, the intended recipient never did receive her money. When trying to send to myself, I got a message saying the action was unable to complete.
Poorly designed
Honestly I think this new version should be scrapped and go back to the old app. Poorly designed with too many steps just to get to what you want. The graphics are harder to understand and just too many unnecessary steps.
Difficult to navigate
So much better before the update.

When doing e-transfer deposits the app does not automatically open. So have to deposit in browser the use other functions in app. Also doesn’t show in one screen hour account transactions without having to navigate through several screen. Balances don’t update without logging in again.
