I decided to download the app while at a station and signed up. After trying to use it at the pump, the pump would not allow me to input my rewards number. Tried 2 other pumps and got the same result. What good is the rewards program and app if the pumps won’t take it? I’ll stick with Loves and Pilot/Flying J. Must link bank account to redeem fuel rewards
Per staff at store members must have a physical rewards card, which must be linked to a bank account (not a credit card). You can earn rewards without linking to your bank account, but you cannot redeem them for a fuel discount.DATA_MISSING

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. It appears you may have been provided some misinformation. Yes, you can EARN rewards without linking a card, but you can also REDEEM them too. To redeem them, simply display or enter your Alt-ID prior to pumping fuel or completing an inside transaction.
