  • Community is Essential

    My favorite part of this is the community support element! Community is truly key in all aspects of life— and staying healthy is no exception. Being able to do exercise (even little micro exercise moments which is more how I use it!) with the support of my family and friends is so cool! It makes me really want to take those few moments and do the challenge so I can report my success back:) Any chance to cheer the people I love on is a win for me!
  • Great for postpartum moms

    Getting back into the routine of working out can be a challenge after having a baby. I’m thankful for this app and the way it’s helping me to get back into shape!
  • Good for motivation

    I hate working out-this helps motivate me to stay active. I have a group with friends that challenges me outside of my exercise comfort zone. I also have a group just for me-with exercises tailored to what I won’t do unless I get a reminder. I also like that you have to complete challenges by a certain time. As a procrastinator it definitely works 😂
  • A great addition

    This app is pretty sweet. As someone who struggles to workout often, I am able to exercise more, and in a fun way. I don’t like having an intense routine, and this app is casual enough so it works out great. Some of my friends and I have a few groups and always look forward to receiving our challenges. We never know exactly what we’re going to get, which is what makes it so exciting. Would recommend!

  • The key to my fitness routine

    I’ve been trying to establish a good workout routine recently, but I find it challenging to commit to anything super strict without feeling like there’s flexibility there. Sporadic gives me the flexibility and the sense of spontaneity that I’ve been looking for when it comes to crafting my workout routine! I’m pushed to exercise in ways that I wouldn’t have dedicated myself to otherwise, and that’s great for my physical & mental health.

    I also love the aspect of working out and completing challenges alongside friends! It’s a great way to hold yourself and your friends accountable for those new year’s resolutions or fitness goals. It’s fun & simple! I also like that you can add custom exercises. I’m a yoga girl and so I love the ability to customize the challenges to include different poses!
