Not good
Not sure if it’s the Wi-Fi in the museum or the app design, but the app takes ages to download then stalls downloading data to run . Gave up on it.OneTrueMatt
Reloads VERY. SLOWLY. Every. Time.
Does not need to reload from 0% to 100 every time you open the app. And it takes a painfully long time every time! Very poor user experience for someone who has paid money to enter this museum.Theishu
Not bad but
This app is not a bad idea but :
- REALLY too long to launch it everytime
- my app closed itself while i used it
- dont save scans after closing the appLutin en pedalo
Problem with the app
Takes too long to load and initialize. Not stable too. But thanks for the creative and fun experience once it loadsJPSES
Ok but some problems
Dear Comics ART,
I am writing to you because I have recently used this app and there is problems I would like you to fix.
Firstly, scanning some pictures are not working (even if I put my phone near it or when I make sure there is nothing but the picture)when my phone is in front of the picture. This is not good because I then cannot discover more comic characters.
How would you feel if something in an app you use does not work? If some scanning does not work, then people would be angry.
Secondly, the app takes time to load by loading consecutively . This is bad as it wastes my battery. Is it good if something wastes your battery!? If this app will waste my battery, I will be unimpressed.
I hope you have read this letter and will fix those problems.
