Great concept on the app when you open it up after connection I saw like an American flag in color and I thought great. I can put that on my hat so going into the designs and pictures. There are no American flags. There is no way to pull up different designs. There are no ways to save designs There are no ways to delete the ones that I do not care for because I do not care for all of the pictures or animations on the app. Soon as I go into the app, the pictures are in color that shows you the animations and the pictures once you open the app after the connection everything is in black and white so a little misleading when you open the app and everything is in color but when you get into the app, it’s all black and white the other thing it says that the developer had updated the app a month ago to 1.0.92 anyway we are all of the problems this has encountered. I tried to contact the person who developed this hat and when you try to report a problem, there is no place to report the problem. It gives you a few little screens and no place on there to be able to report a problem, anyway going through all of this, and all of the people that just sing the praises of this hat, I am going to return it for a refund because the hat does not do what it says it will do and I wanted to make sure and give a review on this hat so that a lot of people are not misled by what people say about the hat the last thing when you look at the instructions, it’s a little book with little tiny riding and yes, you can hit a QR code and get the instruction booklet, but went through everything and like I said, this is the problems that I found with the hat I think it needs to be improved greatly before they put out a product. I’m sure there are a lot of people who have been taken by this if anyone has suggestions how to do things on this hat like save animation you want say pictures you won’t things of that sort to but this is what I found out and of course I bought it on the TikTok shop maybe the developer will reply to this review and maybe you can fix some things like saving animations for pictures and deleting pictures. You don’t want things of that.rj5594
