Worst App Ever!!!
Tried logging on one device, it didn’t work, then I tried on another device and it keeps saying I’m logged on another device, it can’t end the session automatically after 12 hours, copy pasting the verification code crashes the app, overall it’s an awful app, all they cared about was to make it too secure so it won’t work at all. FAQ is useless and doesn’t say anything about how to fix this, and no option to make contact!

Every few weeks the app logs me out it’s very annoying

The app is is not great, completely different from website!! Instruction's are rubbish, cannot find tickets, like a receipt off already purchased tickets too ease your mind! I have 3 Euro 2024 tickets bought, on website I see this BUT on app completely no information about them! Very poor

Ticket transfer
Absolutely useless. No follow up after sending email asking for support. I transferred 2 tickets to my friends who now can’t go. I’ve tried 3 ways to transfer them back. None of them worked and no response from UEFA!! No way to get a refund, which means two seats £40 each spare for England v Austria next Wednesday 6th July

Poor quality app
Only shows Switzerland as isuing authority and won’t allow a UK phone number.
Unclear instructions
Not clear what kinds of ID are acceptable. No way of finding out this out and needed to register on the app. Really poor support and FAQS for this
Appalling and dangerous
I see the latest update fixes ‘connectivity issues’ really? This app is badly conceived and nearly had me crushed into the turnstiles at Stade de France. Whoever thought that waiting until the last possible moment to render a scannable QR code has clearly never been to an event with more than 5 fans. In my direct experience attempting to validate tens of thousands of electronic tickets at the turnstiles absolutely does not work. Needs a rethink as it’s not fit for purpose in it’s current form.
