Wrongful charges
It was convenient when I had it for picking up packages a few times, however randomly the store I was using stopped accepting packages even though they charged me for that month. They would not refund me. The store also forced me to pickup my package same day with only 2 hours notice till they closed.
I contacted stowfly to cancel my subscription and they said they did. Just found out they’ve still been charging me for months. There should be a cancel button on the site, not forcing people to email to cancel since that clearly doesn’t work. Now I have to pursue the charges with my bank

Worst app ever
Decent service when you need it. Got this site to secure packages initially everything was great then my location somehow stopped accepting packages. Instead of giving me the option to cancel they kept charging my card month after month. Then they tell you get this app to “ cancel your membership “ it’s impossible to login into the app. I emailed support no response. Seems pretty fishy to me you more than likely have to report this app to your bank for cancellation. Horrible
