Simply Wonderful
I live in an apartment and refuse to use the laundromat they provide. Before that I lived in a private home and don’t drive. I refused to take my laundry by bus to the laundromat. This is a wonderful service. I simply put my clothes outside my door and they pick up, wash, fold, and then drop off. Life Saver
I just moved into a tiny house and it has no washing machine or dryer. I work from home so I don’t drive a personal vehicle. Being able to hand off my laundry and not have to orchestrate an Uber/Lyft pickup (or deal with friends or relatives without understanding) to take me to the laundromat, do my laundry in a very non private place 🥴then reverse engineer the drop off back home, is heaven sent 🥰Show lessVegasgyrl7997

Arguably the most helpful and time saving app/service there is. Wow!! I was shocked that someone made this app/service
I would invest! The future of household work is this. My washer broke and I needed a fast and easy trustworthy option to do my laundry. My clotheslyner Nancy has been wonderful!
I can tell this service and app is in very early stages.
Please do add more features to the app with services:
1) hot cold warm and delicate wash request
2) silk/wool delicate wash request
3) ability to request air dry or line dry only on a specific bag or load (of course it would take longer but that is fine)
The reality of being a women is that at least 60% of my clothes can’t go in the dryer due to fabric or quality of material. I wouldn’t expect the clotheslyner to accommodate such a specific request without it being more expensive. Everything is delicate these days. Please do consider adding it so I don’t have to go elsewhere for my delicates!

Multiple experiences with lack of response from ClothesLyne
When I first joined ClothesLyne, I was really impressed with the service. Unfortunately, my washer and dryer do not work at home, and I cannot afford a new set at this time. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with a sprained knee. I am really disappointed with the most recent service, namely the lack of of responsiveness from people who have confirmed they can do laundry, customer service that doesn’t show any empathy and concern, and how very expensive this service is. My Clotheslyner went above and beyond for me!! They were such a help with getting my clothes back to me super quickly and on time for my travels. Very bad experience
My regular laundry service had changed their name and so I was looking for a new service to use in this service first of all charges by the bag and they tell you a a kitchen trash bag but if they deem that it’s too full they will automatically charge you for an additional bag. I paid $40 plus tax for two trash bags and because they deemed one of them was too full. They charge me an additional $33. I’ve got no support no callbacks no nothing from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I received a response they were basically disputing my review so actually what happened was I left two bags and one of the bags was fuller than the other bag so I paid the $40 plus the fees taxes or whatever and they picked up those two bags it says, the one bag was overflowing rather than charge me another $20 for a third bag they charge me $32 so for one bag I basically paid $52. I have another laundry service that I called to come to pick up the rest of the laundry one that actually weighs it out I had a bag combined that was as big as the bags that they already picked up for me. I was charged 20 bucks because their minimum charge is $20, the actual weight was 19 so it was really $19 so these guys charge me almost $90 for the same exact laundry they are a jokeShow lessCustomer in Las Vegas

We appreciate all feedback to help us improve and become better. When using Clotheslyne, we make it explicitly clear to use 13-gallon kitchen bags or our company-provided bags. When a customer pays for a 2-bag order, and our Clotheslyner arrives at pickup, and there are 3 bags, we make an additional charge to compensate the Clotheslyner for the additional laundry. Before making additional charges to a customer account, we call them to inform them about the charges and explain what they're for. When we cannot contact a customer, we leave a voicemail explaining and wait 1-2 hours before making the additional charge. After the charges are made, all customers receive a receipt with an explanation of the charge. So in this instance, a customer was charged the $30 because they left a full additional laundry bag outside for their pickup, which resulted in the additional charge to their account, accompanied by a phone call to notify the customer about the charge.Very bad experience

This is the best service ever! Being a single mom who works all the time, this is a life saver for me. Knowing I’ll have clean clothes for my son, and myself is such a relief. Quality of my life has IMPROVED
Not having to think about, organize, and do laundry has changed the way my mind works. Because someone reliable handles this time thief, I can think about taking a walk, reading a book, baking a cake( ok, not really baking a cake, but you know what I mean). Love this service!
