Difficult to access content, set up account
This app is a puzzle to me. I have set up an account and cannot get access. The app keeps telling me that my user name or pw do not work. I do a reset and the same thing happens. There is no customer support or troubleshooting. I am having to go back to the instructors offering the course to get help in accessing the class content. I am tech savvy. They have no info on their site for solving this issue.
