Hi I can not sync with my smart metal fit 2
the app doesn’t even detect my watch

My smart metal fit is not able to configure in Canada. I did it before but not able to now. What's the issue? It was bought in IndiaProblem
As soon as I open the app to update firmware it exits the screen. App is very slow and not able to update firmware. 2 stars as the watch is good.This app is garbage
Not sure who built this but they need new engineering processes that prevent them from release such crap in production. The first step literally does not work so it’s useless really. At this point in my opinion they don’t have an app.Developer Response
