  • Updated app is a dream

    This version of the app is working wonderfully, all the bugs seems to have been fixed and this has made my keeping on track very easy and minimised my food wastage to none! Definitely recommend this.
  • Does not work!

    Terrible. Got the app (and qr labels) based on family recommendations.

    Try to skip the opening 2 tutorial screens, then can’t get past the YouTube video? Just bugs out, So can’t register, or use the app or anything.

    Can’t get help. Can’t use it. Waste of time and money.
  • Have you given up on this app

    The previous review has to be a least a year old. It seems you may have given up supporting the app. There is little point in telling the previous reviewer to use the ‘report a bug section’ because as she said the button doesn’t work, and after at least a year it STILL doesn’t work. An example of lack of development - your Policy statement says “Test”!! I purchased your QR code labels recently based on you having an app - the labels are great but sadly your app has so many bugs. Typos such as Attachmentch or See Food. Categories are very limited and I found scanning QR codes from labels on the same sheet appear to duplicate ones I have already scanned - not good. With the greatest respect you are not going to fix these problems over night - and so I have no choice but to advise Amazon that the basis of selling your labels is more about upselling your storage bags than providing a usable ecosystem. If I can find a better Food Storage app using supplementary QR codes then it will be worth keeping the labels otherwise I shall be returning them - sorry for the lengthy review but as the previous reviewer stated there is no other way to feed back concerns and observations

  • Use Inabox instead 20/3/24

    Unfortunately I have to agree with others using this app. The app doesn’t work all that well. When you get to the mandatory entries, there is no way to add any text in Category, and in storage, the inputted text doesn’t save. I’ve gone to Inabox or Boxes instead. Shame.
  • Waste of time

    I never give reviews but this justifies it.
    Honestly I have had things input and I’m logged in, but the app says I have nothing.
    App is current, no way to clear cache that I can find (iPhone). You try to provide feedback and even that gives an error!
    Honestly, so many bugs need to be addressed I don’t know if they can make it work!

  • Total data loss happened twice on iPhone

    Ive used this app for a few months and it was going ok but then all my storage I’d carefully put in disappeared overnight as well as all my items I’d scanned. I’ve reloaded it and it’s done it again. Nothing left to see. Also loads of bad spelling / grammar in the content of the app. Not happy!
  • can’t get into app

    writing this via a review as i can’t get into the app and tried support from this part n it doesn’t do anything. the app stopped working yesterday, lost everything i had logged i signed out this morning as still showing nothing and now i can’t log back in, it has frozen. Please tell me how to get back in n get my logged items back. thanks

  • App not opening properly on iPhone 11 or iPad Pro

    Got labels and downloaded app. Can’t get past opening screen as app crashes. Tried deleting, and restarting devices but to no avail. Looked to ‘App Support’ but screen just displayed html shell with no content. Will have to return labels unfortunately,
  • Totally useless now

    I’ve been using this app for a while. It’s good. Or it was until it suddenly stopped working and wiped all my data. I now can’t save anything rendering the entire system completely pointless!
    I’ve tried to send a ‘bug report’ through setting but this doesn’t work either!!!!
  • Needs fixing

    So many glitches in this app, PLEASE update!!! I assign items to the basket but they keep on going in the fridge! My food has grown legs 😂😂😂
    So can’t rely on that feature.

    Also the qr codes, after inputting, disappear!
    So I have to stop using that feature.

    It doesn’t stay on list display, keeps reverting to block display. Even when I change it back to list, each item takes too much unnecessary space on the screen, could condensed greatly so that I can see more than 3 items at a time! Please.

    And - the most annoying thing- it keeps crashing and closing - like almost every time I go to home, or complete adding an item.

    I never write so much negativity in public but there is no app support access, there’s no email address, the app support button doesn’t work
