Great place to get in shape!
In our case, we have now been going to the Y consistently for six months and have already seen some amazing health and community-related benefits. I took the Iyengar Yoga class on Monday at 4:30 pm with Nancy Kirkland for three months and it’s been the best yoga class I’ve ever had in my life; I hope they bring her back in the fall. I’m also using the gym and Delia Bailey as my personal trainer, who has been teaching me some awesome skills that I should’ve learned 30 years ago. I’m glad I’m learning them now, thanks to the YWCA.
