This card is a nuisance, and………
Ok, where do I start. ☹️ I jumped on this card as soon as it came out. Big mistake, nevertheless I thought I’d try it out and see if things improve. 2 years later nothing. The only thing I can speak good on is the customer service and their quick response to my issue.
I initially had issues with it connecting to my phone, which came out to be a batch of demos. Then they sent me another one no charge to me, and that one just was not loading and keeping the amount current. Then, they sent out another one for the last ditch effort and it was working fine. However, lately it’s been disconnecting from my phone causing me to have to constantly reconnecting it. I don’t use it for anything but to add coins.
I guess if I don’t use it often it’ll just disconnect automatically which is the headache. I wish you guys fix this as I’ve recommended several friends, family and associates this card. 😢😩Show lessLovaTkay

However, your experience is very unusual given that three separate cards did not have a strong connection to your phone. Did you get your NFC checked out by Apple?Always Reliable
Although the Arculus wallet is limited in its functions such as only supporting a small number of coins and the inability to swaps among a wide of coins, the Arculus wallet is user friendly as ie does not require a complex interface for making transaction making it an attractive option for newcomers in the space,Show lessCrypto FAB Queen

I personally love my Arculus wallet. I got it right after the Luna situation and it saved me thousands and was one of the lucky ones that was able to get my crypto out of exchanges. One thing i would love to see improved is the loading times of the app or the interphase. I get a small heart attack every time I open the app and it loads and my balance is shown as 0$ or sometimes I open the app and nothing is shown and have to wait for like 30 seconds for my balances to show. One might think you get used to it but you really don’t. It’s always scary logging in and not seeing your actual balance for a few seconds. Other than that I love the simplicity and safety one has with this wallet.Show lessRoy2928

This is important feedback for us to hear. We are working on better ways to display balances as our app syncs with the blockchains. We'll continue to stress to our developers that this is disconcerting for our customers. We are so glad you are happy with Arculus.
