Issues with log in.
I have been playing this game for almost 9 months and just recently went to log in and it keeps bringing up some Japanese symbols and says interstellar network link failed and won’t let me log on. I follow the codes of conduct so I know that’s not the issue. Please fix it.watch to play
Was great until….
I played this game for awhile and recently started playing again. Was on and off playing throughout the day when all of a sudden I have had a complete reset. No idea why but all my progress lost with no explanation.
No way to get immediate support from anyone and no way to recover accounts. I know I can go through it again but with the very minuscule rewards for completing challenges and also no coin for level completion it was it very unappealing to keep playing. Needs a rebalance of rewardsShow lessMandoTX68

Can you make events for free legendary titans?
The game is very fun! I love the music and gameplay, but can you add an event where you can get a free legendary titan? That would be really awesome. And on the same topic, can you add another titan that can be bought with in game money instead of real money? Thanks for the fun times y’all have made from this game!Show less6GamerGod
My god the ads!
I really liked playing this game, it was a good time waster, but the constant bugs in the game just got to the point it was unplayable.
Nearly everything you do in this game requires you to watch a 30sec ad, that’s ok, but when the ad finished nothing happens, sometimes the game freezes, sometimes the ad just stops having then to replay the same as over and over again to get a mirco reward.
I know this game is free to play and the Devs need to make some money, but my god the more levels you increase the more ads need to be played to do anything, it just got to much. One would think that the ad bugs are deliberate so you have to play the ads over as bd over again to increase ad revenue for the developers.

All progress lost
I had been playing a while, was an ok game. Then when I opened it this morning all my progress was gone and I have to start again. Was not after an update or changing devices. Just gone… I won’t be playing any morecnile999
Do not download
If for some reason you ignore the do not download and you download this game do not buy anything in the game. Once you buy something you will never get it again I have been playing this game for over a year. I have purchased just about everything I have multiple accounts, my other account where I have bought nothing I get more items the developers are constantly adjusting and you will quickly find the other players who do not have what you have can easily beat you. This is all the way for them to get you to buy more as of today I am deleting the app from all my devices and my kids devices I am ashamed to admit how much money I have spent on this game way too much and yet can’t get anywhere in the game I’m outShow lessRleininger74

This game is great to play! The only thing I’d add is the ability to sell your turrets or at least bin the ones you don’t need.Choose the game
Great game, bad customer support
It’s a great and fun game. It lets you progress quickly, and paying money is never required. There’s no point in the game where you’re basically forced to pay money or be stuck for a while. It’s great.
However, make sure to link your account. I accidentally switched servers, and I couldn’t switch back, so I lost all of my data. I tried asking for help but never got a reply. I’m still debating whether I want to delete the game or start over from scratch.Show lessYeetusCurreetus
