Games is broken, tons of players cannot log in!!
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! BUYER BEWARE!! The game is broken and tons of players cannot log into the game. The last update actually caused lots of new problems (again), including graphics problems. The last update the developers also removed all the previous benefits for having spent money on the game, including all the access to lots of VIP purchases. The developers have a problem designing a consistently stable game. Do yourself a favour and find another game to play!

Amazing game
Game is so addictive and fun! Amazing gameplay and graphics, and the never ending stuff you can find always leads you to come back for more. The game isn’t an add farm but sometimes forces adds when you finish a match. But they are very short. You get rewarded a lot, and not pay to play. With even the option to refund purchases! There are some problems that I know y’all are working on fixing
1. What happened to some stuff I was owner of a good guild and randomly got kicked from it overnight, so I made a new one and same thing happened. Then I made a third one, and got randomly kicked again and forcefully joined a random guild. Please fix it and if you can please add my back to my old guild.
That’s all the bugs I’ve had that hasn’t been fixed but I have some suggestions.
1. A new ability that spawns a friendly factory to spawn friendly unlocked enemy units
2. FREE LEGENDARY TITAN PLEASE
3. Add more free titans
4. Maybe add a 4th tower type
5. Spawn a Mega Monster that fights by your side until it dies
Overall the game is very fun and you should get it! You will NOT REGRET IT!

No customer support
Have been playing for about a year and have spent a bit of cash to help speed up progress - recently have run into a few bugs/issues 1) the game crashes when pressing “unlock” after summoning enough pieces / acquiring new commander when logging back on the recently acquired summon pieces as well as the time gate / Mega time gate tokens have disappeared from inventory. The purple / orange commanders can take months to acquire and the summon tokens take forever to farm / cost a bomb so it’s a major issue if this is wide spread (must be a bug in recent update as it’s never happened up until a few days ago) Last night also had the tokens Insta disappear when pressing the summon button with an error “inventory not found”. Bugs happens but what drives me crazy is there is no support only a “feedback” option which I have left detail and screen shots. No acknowledgment received. After 3 tickets / issues logged. Irrespective of how good the game is - if they are taking money from people then they should have a level of customer support. 1 star.

Issues with log in.
I have been playing this game for almost 9 months and just recently went to log in and it keeps bringing up some Japanese symbols and says interstellar network link failed and won’t let me log on. I follow the codes of conduct so I know that’s not the issue. Please fix it.
Was great until….
I played this game for awhile and recently started playing again. Was on and off playing throughout the day when all of a sudden I have had a complete reset. No idea why but all my progress lost with no explanation.
No way to get immediate support from anyone and no way to recover accounts. I know I can go through it again but with the very minuscule rewards for completing challenges and also no coin for level completion it was it very unappealing to keep playing. Needs a rebalance of rewards

Can you make events for free legendary titans?
The game is very fun! I love the music and gameplay, but can you add an event where you can get a free legendary titan? That would be really awesome. And on the same topic, can you add another titan that can be bought with in game money instead of real money? Thanks for the fun times y’all have made from this game!

My god the ads!
I really liked playing this game, it was a good time waster, but the constant bugs in the game just got to the point it was unplayable.
Nearly everything you do in this game requires you to watch a 30sec ad, that’s ok, but when the ad finished nothing happens, sometimes the game freezes, sometimes the ad just stops having then to replay the same as over and over again to get a mirco reward.
I know this game is free to play and the Devs need to make some money, but my god the more levels you increase the more ads need to be played to do anything, it just got to much. One would think that the ad bugs are deliberate so you have to play the ads over as bd over again to increase ad revenue for the developers.
Well I’m out, never to return.

All progress lost
I had been playing a while, was an ok game. Then when I opened it this morning all my progress was gone and I have to start again. Was not after an update or changing devices. Just gone… I won’t be playing any more
Do not download
If for some reason you ignore the do not download and you download this game do not buy anything in the game. Once you buy something you will never get it again I have been playing this game for over a year. I have purchased just about everything I have multiple accounts, my other account where I have bought nothing I get more items the developers are constantly adjusting and you will quickly find the other players who do not have what you have can easily beat you. This is all the way for them to get you to buy more as of today I am deleting the app from all my devices and my kids devices I am ashamed to admit how much money I have spent on this game way too much and yet can’t get anywhere in the game I’m out
