DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am not getting the product that was promised. I’m not able to see anything but location, basically. I can’t see social media, texts, downloads, photos, browser history, nor can I block websites… and your 24/7 customer support is a joke! I’ve only been able to chat once throughout this situation, and the issue was never resolved. I’ve also sent at least 3 emails to customer support asking for assistance. Please refund my money. I’m tired of the back and forth emails and trying to figure things out on my own and not getting any results. I haven’t been able to “monitor “ anything YET!!

Terrible App, terrible support

Purchased this subscription over two weeks ago with high hopes. App doesn’t work despite full subscription and the support is non existent. Tried to get a refund, may as well be talking to a brick wall. Contacted support/Dev three times and had to repeat the same issue and provide screenshots. No feedback or update on getting resolution. AVOID.
