Simply can’t find the unit. Does nothing. They don’t offer a macOS tool for firmware updates either so no idea how I can update firmware.

Just like everyone here, the app can’t find my headphones - even if they’re correctly paired with my phone.

This app does nothing.
Doesn’t function
Running iOS 16.6.1, can’t detect H10 even after reboot and re-pairing to the phone. Updated via windows and phone still couldn’t detect them.
Ummm won’t recognize headphones while clearly paired with phone
I’ve tried forgetting and repairing, tried connecting while music actually playing thru headphones via phone Bluetooth. I’ve tried turning them on and off. No matter what app can’t find my headphones. Please fix this asap!

Straight up, this app won’t find my Aiaiai headphones, even when they are Bluetooth paired with my phone. Hope that firmware wasn’t important.
App can’t find headphones
I’ve tried several times to get this app to discover my h10 headband but it just doesn’t find it. The headphones are connected over Bluetooth, and I can play music on them, but I can’t get the app to find them.
