Won’t allow logins
Won’t allow logins. Thought maybe I forgot password, it won’t send me an email to recover password. Tried another email and set another account and it says my account is suspended. No support response.

So much potential
My heart fluttered when I saw the feature for using my phones camera to value cards, what a disappointment to find out its only reading text off the grading (none of my cards are graded). If it used photo recognition to match the card (like reverse image search) it’d be amazing.

I also am unable to add to my collection. Nothing happens when i tap the text field on that tab. Why cant i add from the search page?

Why is ungraded not an option, is there no price data for ungraded (but with no blemishes of course) cards?

Very cool app though, hope when I go see a grader these cards get 10s.

Honestly can’t trust
Can’t trust an app that asks for my last 4 of SSN. Tried looking up this app and can’t find any information. Maybe I will change my review when it gets better, more reliable feedback.

Alternate vault address! Don’t do it!
Why did I enter my ss#! Look up your account info!!!!! Alt-vault Address??? What??? It’s my name followed bySomeone else’s address in a totally different state! Wow!!!

Requires full SSN
I find it completely absurd they can’t verify your identity without your full SSN. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Verify email link doesn’t work
Ive tried three times to open the verify link sent to my email. It opens a webpage but the app continues to say an error occurred. Hard to try it when the app just doesn’t work.

App wouldn’t close. Kept opening when I would close it. Terrible layout and slow. How does this app have so many good reviews?

Best App In The Game
This app is, hands down, the best in the field that I’ve used and it can only get better from here. Customer service has always treated me well and I anxiously look forward to what’s to come.
