Had to pay to be told they didn’t know
I posted pics of feathers and they couldn’t identify from that, which is fair enough. But they responded and you have to pay to see the response, and the response was essentially ‘don’t know’. Ok, so don’t respond if you don’t know and therefore make me pay for no answer. It could be clearer that there’s no point posting feathers. I saw other people had posted feathers so assumed you could (couldn’t see the response to those without paying). Either be very clear that posting feathers won’t get an ID or don’t make people pay for replies that are essentially ‘don’t know’. Not great and feels like I’ve been ripped off and patronised.
