TRS-MIDI
This iOS version does not have the option to switch between Bluetooth and TRS -MIDI in Chocolate, while the Android version has. I am using iPhone so I cannot enable to use the TRS port for wired TRS-MIDI function of Chocolate for my MX5. Pls add the function in this iOS version.

Thank you for the software. It is great for customization of my midi controller. Would give more stars but this app really needs the orientation for a music workflow.
App stalls, won’t respond even after re-installing
It loads to screen and you can only press “Scan nearby devices” at which point nothing happens. It’s completely broken.

Works but not as flexible as it should be
I have the four button foot controller to use for basic DAW control live. Using the advanced control mode I can change the midi data each switch sends which works great, but I can’t change the midi channel it sends on. There’s a field to change it in the editor but there’s no ability to make changes to it

When I am prompted to search for devices nothing happens.
Poor instructions
A lot of guess work to get to work with midi devices. Also unit forgets settings when changing modes. No way to save or load custom midi configurations. One trick pony otherwise. As such it has poor versatility. Can only change mode of use via the app. Have to disable Bluetooth of CubeSuite app control device to allow pairing with other Bluetooth midi device, pc, tablet or even M-Vave wireless midi adapter. No instructions on how to program custom setups in CubeSuite. The Cuvave Chocolate display format is cryptic and has no instructions on how to read it for some modes that are less intuitive.

Update process keeps trying but never succeeds
OTA Update says it was “Successful” despite the fact that the update process only got to 50% - sometimes it gets to 52%. There’s a brief message to “cancel or yes”… I think but it’s too quickly interrupted by a “Confirm” message and then the whole process starts all over again.
Doesn’t work for midi
If you are trying to control some DAW like Ableton or logic, this is not the way to do it. The only midi messages I can get it to send are CC messages and each one is different every time I hit the pedal, so any message you want to send has to be sent twice essentially. There is a custom setting on the app, but every time I try to use it the app crashes, even after reinstalling.
