    I started training with Sama during Covid lockdown and her method transformed my body, I achieved fat loss and gained muscle. Nutrifitopia is a great app to use at any level of fitness. Her videos in the app are on point and easy to follow. She is also very responsive in the app if you have any questions about your form and will customize your workout to your needs. There is also a cool feature that links your fitness pal account to the app so you can track your nutrition macro goals as well.
