I like the app but I can’t do anything but record. Even when I log in through the internet to see if I can edit my podcast it says open app. But the app doesn’t let me edit at all….

Thank you for your review. Our iOS app is currently available for recording only. If you want to edit the recordings, at the moment it can be done on our web platform only. Please log into our web platform using Chrome to edit your podcast. If you need any additional help, please feel free reach out to our support! 🤗This has been a nightmare experience for us. From the very beginning we’ve had issues with Podcastle kicking guests out, not uploading recordings properly, and even having a recording completely disappear after it said it was processed and saved. Absolutely horrible experience. I would highly look at paying for another platform subscription (even if it’s a little more) so that you can avoid the nightmare that is Podcastle.

Hi there, please contact our support chat from our website and our team will be happy to help! Made my account with a valid email and waited 40 minutes for a verification code that finally came just to be invalid and it was less than 10 minutes old. I even tried to make a second account with my junk email and has the same issue. Nothing in the spam folders either. I couldn’t join the podcast because I never received a valid code. Just embarrassing.

Confirmation code sent to my spam email then when I try to sign up it says my password is wrong when I try to reset it it just takes me back to the main page of the app but doesn’t give me anywhere to reset a password. This is so frustrating.

Thank you! This has all the tools I’d love to see in a podcast app and is a really cool app until you start using it. It crashed on me 6 times while conducting a podcast with my friend and hardly any of the audio was captured. Very disappointed!!

Not only can I record my podcast remotely with or without video, I can edit my 20-minute format podcast in 30-60 minutes, I can download a transcript from it, cut short videos for my YouTube channel, and have my entire podcast process for the week done in a couple of hours total.
I haven’t seen any other software compare.
I have the Storyteller level subscription and am able to consistently produce my podcast at that level of subscription with plenty of leeway left in my subscription.
Support team is also excellent. This is a newer software so as they add features there are little issues sometimes but they always resolve them and the new features are impressive every time. Keep it up guys 👏🏻
