Poor user experience and always has a bug
Very poor user experience, taking a lot of clicks to complete the tasks and the flow is also not logical. It’s quite confusing as well. Not sure the issues is from its design team’s end or program team. Overall, I find it really hard to navigate and submitting timesheet every week is a pain for me.汤fayye
Not an easy app to use
It’s not a very easy app to use. It frustrates me so much especially when I can’t communicate to anyone on this app to inform them of my shifts and other needs I have 🤦♀️JojoFuga

It’s convenient for booking shifts but something needs to improve
1. When clicking ‘apply’, please ask us to double confirm before confirmkng the shift.
2. Every time I open the app, I need to reopen it, otherwise I can refresh. I guess there is a bug or is it because I need to upgrade my IOS?。.¥：¥¥（
Night shift Sunday
Disappointed that this new app when on night shift you cannot put your time in . It won’t accept after midnight.
This did not happen on previous app.
Update app for this to reflect when working on night shift . I can submit 12 hours on nightshift on Sunday night going into Monday morning through the websight portal .Show lessWasted moneys

Needs some work
Really clunky UI, why do I need to go through almost 3 screens to edit my timesheet? And the buttons to add or edit the timesheet are tiny and jammed up against the side, I get it's trying to look like the web interface but it fails and fails accessible usage.
Loading the app it always brings up an oops message before making me sign in again, no remember me or faceID option and no access to 3rd party password management.Show lessZeital
