App totally broken
This app doesn’t work at all. It refuses to place orders with no explanation. Hilariously, it’s only purpose is to order food from the restaurant. I guess they don’t want business?
Also, the truffle Impossible burger from Plant City X made me projectile vomit down the side of this awesome girl’s car. Not a good look for a third date!Show lesspanza gato
Horrible app
This app was ok before decent “upgrades”. Now it is beyond frustrating. It works about 10% of the time. Plant City should really do something about this app. After this experience, we’re just going to stop going to the restaurant.Glc8

App in the original version was great
This version is the worst. Constantly crashes and order placement freezes right at the end. So frustrating and recently I’ve opted for other local options with better online/app delivery.Terrible
This app does not work. I have twice put orders in only to find out they didn’t go through. I have also had issues with payment getting rejected with no reason why. And its Apple Pay so the problem is not on my end.

The original app was much more visually appealing and allowed you to track your order. The new app is a nightmare for the senses and makes me not even want to order.MarysPlace201
Less useful
The other app that they used was way more user friendly. Told me everything I wanted to know. But since they changed apps it’s become worse and does not give any info on your order (ex. order being prepared, order ready, or even order being delivered)lord heron
