I forgot to cancel my subscription and you guys took money out of my account
No free version
They advertise a free version, but you can’t run it. It shows a button to “Proceed with Basic” but it always comes back to wanting you to buy it. The write-up does NOT mention anything other than free. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING and any company doing it should be prosecuted!
