Terrible, terrible, terrible. Ordered from a place 2 times, it was 5km away and the order got cancelled because it was too far. These workers are extremely lazy. Why work if ur not willing to go 5km.🤦🏾♂️raee6238

It’s a great app and all but once its 6:00pm I couldn’t order any food because apparently they don’t do delivery more than a kilometre or something like that after 6pm……and yeah I can’t even order in A DAY LIGHT if the restaurant is 7km ish farther.hulunesh
Practically the only choice but hidden prices
If you’re looking for a somewhat timely delivery app, they’re the way to go but they recently started to have hidden prices that were activated after already ordered.Melecot

This is one of the worst delivery app ever, their call center service is bad , the delivery guys are arrogant and the food reaches your destination cold and sometimes rolled-over due to lack of proper handling of food. They confirm order and cancel it and not inform you about it, they don’t properly deliver the food and also deliver the food very cold. Then they lie about the distance of the restaurant so you will order for a motor bike delivery so you will pay more from what they say will cost you in the app. All in all i see why they have a 1 star rating, their service is bad, specially the call center people.Show lessFd1994ethio
Worst service
If you want to get a cold food, order using BeU. coordination with restaurant and actually delivery personal takes a long time, where the food gets cold to get it delivered.
And the false “order tracking” progress bar gets updated manually with a false information and update to the user.olaffmass
No discount
It used to be good but now Tikus delivery is much Better that this since no cupon are given if it is given you aren’t allowed to use if it is less than 300 birr form only 100 birr discount I don’t recommend you there are lot of options you can download don’t download thismr .see
Disappointed
The app is a very great idea. but there is no respect for the customer at all, if they mess ur order up, it’s the customer fault, if it didn’t arrive in time it’s the customer fault,
One time i ordered a food and it took 2 hours, then i cancelled the order and they apologized for the delay and stuff,
Then they made me pay double for the the delivery, which I didn’t get btw,
And also they mix ordered up almost evertime, it’s annoying. And very disrespectfulShow lessgofen400
Many flaws
It used to be great when it first started but now so many limitations. You can’t order food from places that are 5 km away. That is the whole point of ordering food so that you can have the things you like from a further place. The app is slow and has so may flaws. Oh and I feel bad for the delivery guys they cycle to deliver the food and most of the restaurants on the application are either closed changed location they are too far..... so on and on. And Please adopt the use of google maps the delivery guys always get lost.Show lessBrit. B.A
