App doesn’t work
Ever since I’ve installed the app all I ever get is a communication with server error. I can’t even delete the app and reinstalll it. Tried everything else. It’s a useless app.SpiritedFlyer
App is ok, service was poor
Used the app to book a trip to the airport at 4:45am. The driver ended up cancelling our ride because we didn’t answer his phone call earlier while we were lugging our bags down to the street. He then drove by and saw us standing there and stopped to tell us how lucky we were that he happened to be driving by anyway. When we got to the airport he refused to accept payment via the app and made my wife go to the ATM (which cost us extra in fees). Since I’ve left Malta and have no need for the funds I preloaded into the app for that trip I’ve contacted Malta Taxi multiple times via their customer service email to get my money back and they have not responded at all. Avoid!
I used this service and I paid on the app ahead of the journey I then got a call from the driver who asked me to pay in cash, I explained I couldn’t as I had already paid on the app. He then hung up and cancelled my journey, leaving me without transport to the airport and no way of getting a refund from the appShow lesscurvyfingers
Confused drivers
Drivers have had zero training on how this app works, always demanding to be paid in cash after the trip has finished even though you’ve paid by card through the app.DanieI7891
