Doesn’t work
Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth don’t connect so I just have to use the handheld remote

My fan will also not pair with the Bluetooth. Very disappointing!

I love the fan and remote but the connection to Bluetooth connection via iPhone doesn’t seem to work on either version of the app.

It seems people maybe don’t know how to connect it. I turned the switch off for a couple seconds, turned it back on, and then clicked the Bluetooth button in the app. It worked right away.
So far the app works great with the fan. I do wish there was an option to turn off the “beep”.

Doesn’t work
Sadly this doesn’t work. Not sure if it is an issue with the fan bluetooth or the app but the app won’t pair with the fan.
