Need fix in total counting
After reaching total 300 K it reduced the count to 280 K in the app Maybe the total count is showing the 7 days visible on screen but not the entire month or so I think the calculations need to be fixedKhalidfromOman

the APP can show the entire numbers , you would need just to choose show by months/year in the APPNot Binding
When I connect Zikr Ring to my phone via Bluetooth, it does not open the Zikr counter. Instead I get only one option to go back to re-enter the Bluetooth address. Unable to use Zikr Ring. Very frustrating. (Thank you customer service who helped me with a software update for the ring).
Please add more custom tasbeehs. Currently only 3 custom available. I want to use my own tasbeeh, not the default ones.
Please add tasbeeh more than 1,000 times. Doesn’t make sense to limit such a small amount.Show lessBookHead69

Zikr ring does not connect to app, says its already bound to another device when this is the only device this has ever been bound to.
Secondly when I ordered my ring they sent me two, how do I return or pay for the other?Hashoo7777777777

يتعين عليكم تحديث اصدار الخاتم لتتمكنو من تعيين التسبيحاتالتطبيق يحتاج تعديل
التطبيق ماعجبني ارتبط مره بالبلوتوث مع الخاتم وبعد كذا مو راضي يرتبط نهائياً وماعرفت ڪيف اربطه من جديد ومافي حذف للبلوتوث واعادة ربطة من جديد
ارجو تحديث التطبيق بحيث اظهار سبب عدم الارتباط من جديد وحل المشكلة بكل سهولة ويسرالاشواق

That will be available in the coming update in shaa AllahFix the vibaration for every 33, 66, 99 after 100 mark even.
Can you please update the filmware , so even after 133, 166, 199 it will continue to vibrate. Or maybe simple. 100 mark, 200 mark, 300 mark. It will vibrate.Brainseeker

مشكله في التطبيق ، عندما يصل عداد الذكر الشهري الى 100000 تبدأ مشكله ، وهي انقاص العدد
عندي خاتمين وكل واحد منها له حساب مستقل يحسب عدد الذكر ، اقترح اضافة خاصية جمع اكثر من خاتم في عداد واحد .
يوجد لديكم 6 انواع من الخواتم : ارجوا وضع جدول لتوضيح الفرق بينها .
كذلك ارجوا انقاص السعر للخاتم في موقعكم الرسمي ( وقد يكون هذا سبب عدم انتشار الخاتم مع فائدته الكبيرة ) ، ففي متجر علي اكسبرس اجد الخواتم بنصف السعر !!Show lessت٥٠

سيتم طرح فكرة حساب الذكر في اكثر من خاتم في عداد واحد على التقنيين ان شاء الله. بخصوص الفرق بين الخواتم سيتم عمل جدول يبين الفرق وطرحه في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي باذن الله.ممتاز
