Only works for iPhones 11 and lower
My I phone 11 worked perfectly with this app. I have an iPhone 14 and it doesn’t do well at all and requires a password for the Wi-Fi network?!?
Won't connect
This was cheap.. the app shows that it's pretty cheap. Won't even connect to the device correctly. It'll connect but State no internet connection so ultimately, it won't connect. Poorly made.
Still cannot connect ear pick to wifi
Every time when I try to connect to the Ear Pick through my wifi settings it keeps asking me to input the password. It should automatically connect without it! Fix it please!
Horrible, asks for a password that we didn’t set and no way to reset
Used the ear device a couple of times and now it’s asking for a password. We were going to call the website but it’s an international number. Why does an ear device have a password and who made the password because we certainly didn’t. This is very annoying! Horrible device

This is why I hate Chinese products. No support all in Chinese my wifi asking me for passwords to connect to my pen
Worked great!
Purchased mine for $14.99 didn’t even charge it( charge it first) and cleaned both my ears fine. Did get a warning that 20% of the battery was left. Was very interesting to see my ear canals and to clean them. You’ll need a napkin or cloth to clear the wax off. Takes a little practice to adjust to the camera angle or view to scrap the wax out. Very interesting to see in there. Haven’t tried the blackhead attachments yet so can’t speak for that, but I bought it for the ear wax removal, safely. To connect launch the app, look on the box for your model version, before selecting goto your wifi options and hold to turn on the unit it’s xlife-something and touch to join that wifi. Then back to app and click connect. That is it. Very easy.

Works as should
This was literally the easiest thing to link to my phone. (iPhone 12 mini). Maybe they have updated since the other reviews. Camera works great.
Amazing App
This app works pretty well for cleaning your ears. For me, it took about 5 minutes to set it up which was very convenient. I looked at the reviews on here and found some people had trouble with glitches and setting it up. I think these are personal errors meaning the app worked fine, the users needed more information. Over all this is the perfect app to clean your ears out!

TOTALLY DECEIVING REVIEWS
The app won’t allow me to submit a less than “good” review. Through the app it WON’T LET ME SUBMIT REVIEW OF POOR OR FAIR. What a joke marketing scheme. My review was POOR. Super short battery life. Battery gets hot after 3 minutes of use. Scoop tip isn’t sharp enough to extract wax. And to add to it deceiving reviews.
