Well the new app version is one star better than the old version because I can finally at least connect it to my WiFi but the software is soooo buggy. Crashes regularly and can’t seem to get all the settings set correctly.Developer Response

Forgot to add to my last review, if your having issues getting your puck to sync up to the app, try turning off your WIFI 5ghz channel, and you may have to manually enter the info, it took me several tries, like 4 or 5, i also took my puck out of my safe and got it close to the WIFI router like 3 feet and mine finally synced up, hope this helps othersShow lessNot Better?!?

Update 8/18/21 -Version 1.7 was released and addresses issues with setup, mainly if your Wi-Fi name or Wi-Fi password contained special characters such as: @ % : $ ' = " ; the device could fail to add. After updating your app it should now add without problem. Let us know if that helps! Sorry to hear you’re having issues. Also please confirm that you are using a 2.4GHz network to connect your puck too, the puck does not support a 5GHz network like most smart products. You also may want to check that you have enabled Local Network access in your settings.Looking Good!
