RISE includes multimedia lessons, recipes, resources, and social support. Users connect their Fitbit account to RISE. HealthKit is integrated with RISE to allow access to users’ health data such as weight, exercise, and nutrition from Fitbit and allow for weekly tailored progress graphs.
