5BB bad service
24/7 call center girl is really bad at their work. Don’t know how to communicate with their customer. The only thing they know is “U can’t. This is “…” department’s responsibility. Pls call them. Blah…. “. I thought MPT call center’s service is bad. But 5BB is the worst among internet service providers in terms of service. If u don’t know how to do your job, learn from Bank call center.

Customer service
Customer service is pretty bad. No respect to customers. They don’t showed up to the installation to their own promises.
