Signing in
I registered to signin and was told that an email would be sent to me to confirm my joining. Did not receive the email.
Can’t login to app
I’ve tried several times to login with no success. Called Heartland support and was told that the app was being updated and a new version would fix the issue. That was several months ago and the app is still unusable. From the store, it appears it would be a super app, too bad we can’t use it.
Love the app!
I love this app! It connected to our toy hauler and told us we had something recalled. It keeps track of all of our service records with them and I really enjoy the resources section. It includes how to videos, checklists and campfire stories. Be sure to download this app if you a Heartland!

App is super helpful for keeping track of things with our fifth wheel! Especially the checklists and the How To videos. It’s also good to help find a dealer when you’re on the road.

The maintenance and travel checklists are awesome. It is a great way to keep up with the proper maintenance and when you should do it. The new links to the owners forum is a great add. The app seems to be working great for me. I feel like if you own a Heartland (which you should) then you should have the app!

Non-working
The same people who build the rv’s must have made the app because it doesn’t work. Still haven’t received the email to confirm & finish setting up the account. Can’t get past the apps sign-in page without doing that.

I can’t even get past the register screen. If there’s something wrong it doesn’t tell me.
Can’t sign up
This app requests that you confirm your email and so it’s supposed to send you an email to click to confirm. I have been waiting for that email for an hour now and it’s not coming my way…
